At Bonners Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your musical instrument purchase; if you are not, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronics and equipment are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Securely package your item in its original box, including all power cables, manuals, and software licenses to avoid any restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Bonners

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the gear to ensure it is in mint condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
